Common Lense Types

Portrait PhotographyLenses come in a variety of focal lengths, each offering a different perspective and range of use. For instance, a 24mm lens is considered wide-angle, ideal for landscapes and architectural photography, capturing a broad view of the scene. Moving up to a 35mm or 50mm lens provides a field of view similar to the human eye, making it versatile for portraits. A 70-200mm telephoto zoom lens allows for closer framing of distant subjects, perfect for sports and wildlife photography. There are also lenses on both extreme ends. The ultra wide angle for stargazing and the super telephoto range that are great for that extra viewing reach.
